We recommend 2-4 weeks ahead for the best availability. If you’re on a tight timeline, call us, same-week and next-day slots open up often.

Do you offer packing and unpacking?

Yes. Choose full-service packing, fragile-only, or unpacking. We bring all materials, label by room, and remove debris when we’re done.

Are my belongings covered if something is damaged?

We include basic valuation coverage by default and offer upgraded options for high-value items. Ask us which level fits your move.

What’s your pricing, hourly or flat rate?

Local moves are typically hourly based on crew size and time. Long-distance moves are quoted up front as a flat rate after inventory.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a small deposit secures your date. It’s applied to your final bill and is refundable per our written cancellation/reschedule policy.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We provide transparent estimates that outline crew size, travel time, materials, and any extras (stairs, long carries, extra stops) in advance.
